A young man and his friends journey into the Black Hills Forest in Maryland, determined to uncover the truth behind his sister’s mysterious disappearance 17 years earlier. Many believe her vanishing is tied to the legend of the Blair Witch. Initially, the group remains hopeful—especially with two locals guiding them through the dark, winding woods. But as night falls, an ominous presence makes itself known, forcing them to confront the terrifying reality that the legend is not only real but far more sinister than they ever imagined.
Now, think back to The Blair Witch Project. Remember the 2016 remake? If the details are a little hazy, you’re not alone—the playwrights’ memory is too. Now, take that hazy recollection, set it to music, and add a generous dose of queerness.
